Ingredients
- aged rum 1.5 oz
- lime juice 0.75 oz
- simple syrup 0.75 oz
- mint leaves 6–8
- angostura bitters 2 dashes
- champagne top
Instructions
Muddle mint gently with simple syrup in a shaker. Add rum, lime, bitters, and ice. Shake and double-strain into a chilled flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig.
